There are several issues in the club and members have been trying to contact you but there is no response. At the same time, a number of members are trying to promote our club to get new members (among other things we founded a group on Facebook).
It would be helpful if you could let us know if you are still interested in this club or if we should close it down. In case you are too busy maybe you could appoint a second administrator?

Thank you very much for your response and for making some changes! It's highly appreciated that you are keeping up this club despite your busy life - for myself I can say that I have received a lot of joy through beautiful cards and stamps. I'm looking forward to more exchanges in the future!

Thank you for promoting this club! I understand your frustration. I am slow to respond to messages. I'm sorry about that. I'm doing the best that I can with the limited time that I have for this projects. I will consider you suggestion for a second administrator for at least some of the tasks. Meanwhile I have made the suggested changes. I hope that it will improve the situation.
