I get one error all the time: "For the moment there are no available partners!" And I see that there is a new person today from another country, from whom the postcard came, but the system does not give his address.

Hi! There is no technical problem. There are many available slots available for exchanges. New exchanges are initiated/registered everyday.
The activity in this club is at a low level. There are about 4 exchanges per day from 64 active members.
Members from Russia are the most numerous.
What probably happens is that the other members already have the stamps that you are trying to send.
In the case of new members, their slots are used quickly because they have not received many stamps.

Today, after lengthy inquiries, I finally received a new partner for the exchange. But please check the operation of the site just in case.
