Europa Stamps on Postcards.

Hello. Received the address of a participant who is located in Africa, where our postal service does not send correspondence. I can’t cancel. What should I do in this case? Just don't send a postcard?

Hello! You have an option to cancel a postcard in the page "Postcards exchanges" and click on the ID of the exchange. You will find there mode details about this option.
This member from Africa normally lives in Germany and travels to Gambia, and had a special stamp from this country celebrating the Europa stamps program.
