I got a wonderful card from https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1196/ from Yulia from Belarus with ID-267 but can't register. Maybe to old?

looking at the Belarusian ID's, it must have been send around 1. April. So if it didn't get autoregistered by now, maybe the sender did cancel the exchange before you received it?

My guess is, that the sender was PifPaf. Maybe you could ask her in a direct message, if it as her card?
