Europa Stamps on Postcards.

Please add Kosovo, they issue also Europa stamps.

Okay, I understand. They issue Europa stamps on a regularly term, but not being member in PostEurop.
I'm actually not in Kosovo, but at one point I wanted to visit Kosovo and send also postcards. I'm fine if you make it like Gambia, but I have remarked I can also not set my account to Kosovo or Gambia.However I would love it.

I did an exception for a stamp from Gambia that was celebrating the Europa program.
Two members were able to send those stamps.
Not everyone was happy about this, so I added the option "Receive unofficial items related to Europa CEPT" in the settings.
I intended that this will be temporary until that stamp would became unavailable.
Now, we have a stamp from Kosovo that is in the same situation.
Should we keep this option to receive unofficial stamps that are related to Europa program and add Kosovo?
If you have that option selected, you will see in the list of countries those extra two countries.
@linos203 are you able to use the Kosovo stamps if I add it?

I'm not sure how to do this.
I see that there are some stamps from Kosovo with the name Europa on them but they don't have the logo.
Kosovo is not a member of UPU not the PostEurop and their stamps are not officially part of the Europa program.
