Europa Stamps on Postcards.

Hello:
I have been trying for days to send postcards with the stamp issued this year by Spain from the Europa CEPT series and every time I select this stamp to send it tells me this which I put below. I check again and again and it won't let me select it. Can it be solved?

"Select the stamps that you will use to mail the postcard!"

I added the stamp to the list. As @Puntin_Cept said, you can add a stamp to the list if it is missing.

You have to add them to the catalogue first, because the new ones from Spain are not there yet
