I'm new on this club. I was wondering if it's OK to send postcards in an envelope or to ask to receive postcards in an envelope, or if it's only for written and stamped postcards ?
The most important aspect is the stamp. Usually if someone wants the stamp on an envelope they would write that on their profile page.
If there is no mention about this on the profile page, its better to use a postcard as expected.
Yes I was talking about Europa stamps on the envelope. Thank you for your advice. I suppose I can also directly ask the receiver if they want the stamp on a card or on the envelope with the card inside.
