Dear all,

I live in the teeny-tiny village of Ettal in the Bavarian Alps near the Austrian border. Famous landmarks are Ettal abbey and Schloss Linderhof.
My main hobby is stamp collecting. Receiving mail is something I really like. And my mail lady loves to drop all the international mail in my box. When I catch up with her, she is always amazed about where these envelopes and postcards come from.
If you have a favourite saying, please write it on the back of your postcard. I have inherited some very peculiar ones from my grandfather and am always looking for new ones to incorporate into my repertoire.

P.S. The card-ID will always be DE. However, you might get a postcard from Austria as that is just across the border. Sometimes, I need to travel for work too and I will still use DE. This does not violate club rules.
