Hello! Why is Austria in closed countries when sending to Russia? For a very long time everything has been arriving perfectly on the official website and through exchanges. Please remove this restriction.

Hello! I also see on other resources for sending postcards that Luxembourg has also lifted the restriction for Russia.

A member from another club asked at a post office and he was refused. If documents only means letters and postcards, there was no need to specify documents. They could have just said letters and postcards.

Hi Danubius, only documents means only letters and postcards. You can not send parcel to Russia (and also Belarus).

I understand that you can only send documents. If they check your mail, it can be excluded. So you should not send other items then documents.

I can second this. At the beginning of the war between Russia and Ukraine, there was indeed this restriction. But it was lifted more than a year ago. I also send succesfully from Austria to Russia.
