Heartless people from the post office, who made to stick extra stamps for 5 Rubles, as though everything was right from the beginning. But why should you choose the most inappropriate place for that...

Hi! I'm the sender of this card. I threw the card in the mailbox on the street without these two additional stamps and was very upset when I saw this photo. I can't imagine why the postal worker decided to ruin art stamps : ((( Well that's postage stamps with the Kremlin, they can easily be removed.

I have just seen all these messages. So Gulnara explained me all as she wrote here and I was very lucky that those stamps got out easily :)) All is good now :)
There are some post people all around the world those who dont care about stamps or cards at all so this is just a luck.. This story got a happy ending :)
