Europa Stamps on Postcards.

A stamp from 2024 was selected, but on the card were stamps from 2018 and no EUROPA CEPT.

I don't understand how the sender obtained the address if Russia didn't issue the Europa series stamp in 2024? I think this question should be directed to the site administration.
