Europa Stamps on Postcards.

Hello! My name is Kristina. I’m originally from Russia and have been living in Serbia for the past three years. I’m still a Postcrossing beginner, and I’m truly happy to be part of this wonderful exchange that connects people across the world.

The first thing I want to say is that I absolutely love messages on postcards. I really believe that the true purpose and soul of a postcard is the sincere message on it, and only secondly the design or decoration (even though I love beautiful cards too).

I especially enjoy messages about daily life simple little notes about your routine or ordinary moments. My favourite postcard was from someone who told me that their cat threw up on their laptop that morning:) You can write about anything that makes you feel calm and happy, your favorite coffee shop, your pet’s funny quirks, or even complain to me about something! So honestly, you can send me absolutely any postcard! I just prefer to avoid AI cards and card with only two words "happy postcrossing". I’m happy to receive almost any postcard. I only prefer to avoid advertising cards, political or religious messages, military, erotic postcards, and AI-generated images.

A little bit about me:

I love painting my own watercolor postcards, so there’s a good chance I’ll send you one of those :) I’m also learning to paint with oils and I love books and cinema. I’m slowly building a new life in a new country with my husband and our two lovely tabby cats. This journey has taught me to appreciate small moments, kindness, and human connection across borders. I enjoy cycling and hiking, reading, going to the gym, exploring art and cross stitching. Postcards have become a beautiful way for me to discover the world through small stories and images.
