Europa Stamps on Postcards.

Hey, my name is Wels!
I am 25 years old and live in the Netherlands.
I am schooled as an elementary school teacher and educational scientist and I just started working as an educational advisor for the organisation for Dutch Schools Abroad.

I like to travel and to learn (about) new languages and cultures. My favourite travel destination is Italy, because of its rich culture and most delicious cuisine. In my spare time I watch a lot of series (Taskmaster is amongst my favourites!) and I also like listening to podcasts. I also like to read a lot, although I always have to seek for time to do so.

Of course another hobby is to send and receive postcards around the globe and especially to collect the most beautiful stamps! I’m a big fan of the Europa stamps!

Every postcard you send is great of course, but these are my favourites:
- Beautiful landscapes
- Maxicards
- Salt pans like the Salinas Grandes or Salar de Uyuni
- Tourist cards of your country/region
- Colourful doors and windows, mosaic or decorated tiles
- Typical things of your country/region
- Remarkable buildings / architecture
- Metro maps / metro stations
- Greek and Roman mythology
- The Grand Budapest Hotel / Fantastic Mr. Fox / Wes Anderson style
- The New Yorker covers
- Local artwork
- Photography art

I hope to receive a lot of nice Europa stamps through this website. I’m a Postcrosser since 2020 and this website is new to me. It was recommended by someone who sent me a card through Postcrossing.

Thanks in advance for sending me a card! I’m looking forward to it!
